Tetkikat sırasında bir tavşanın koşmak suretiyle mevzuata aykırı hareket ettiği, bir karganın herhangi bir yetki ve salahiyeti bulunmadığı hâlde uzun müddet gakladığı tespit edilmiştir.
Nihayet, yapılan bütün iyi niyetli ikaz ve yönlendirmelere rağmen, gökkuşağının millî ve yerli renk anlayışına mugayir bir surette teşekkül ettiği anlaşılmış olup, konu hakkında gerekli işlemlerin tesis edilmesi için ilgili mercilere

It has been seen that sparrows have sung without submitting any documents, and that squirrels have stocked up on walnuts without receiving the necessary permissions. It has been recorded that daisies opened without waiting for the protocol order and that the stream was running without presenting a defence. It was also observed that clouds changed shape without complying with the items on the agenda.
Investigations have revealed that a rabbit, through running, acted against legislation, and that a crow cawed for a considerably long period although not possessing any power or authority.
Ultimately, despite all warnings and guidance offered in good faith, it was clearly understood that the rainbow had formed in a manner departing from the local and national understanding of colour, and relevant authorities have been informed for the necessary actions to be taken regarding the matter.
